Support: Funding for Homeowner Repairs
Wilmington Neighborhoods Coalition supports the creation of a well-funded and well-publicized Homeowner Repair Program to provide grants to assist low-income homeowners that want to make repairs to their homes but lack the resources to do it.

Ask your City Council
District and At-Large representatives to support the launch a Wilmington Homeowner Repair Program. Ask them to support allocation of at least $500,000 a year in the City budget for grants for emergency repairs for low-income homeowners.
